Dedaxfx ("we") collects account information you provide at registration (email, username, WhatsApp number) and trading credentials you submit for managed connections. We use this data solely to operate the platform, process payments, and manage your trading slots.

Payment screenshots are stored securely. Trading login details are encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorised administrators for connection purposes.

We send transactional emails (verification, payment status, connection updates). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
